What Are your candles made of?

All Ivory Glow scented candles are made with all-natural soy wax, biodegradable, carcinogen-free wooden wicks, and scented fragrance oils. There are no additives or dyes in any of our products.

Where do you get the materials for your products?

All of our materials are sourced from different companies within the USA.

WHere are your candles made?

Our candles are hand-poured and hand-packaged in Corona, CA.

Why trim my candle wick?

Wick trimming is a good practice to implement with any candle, as it increases the chances of a longer burn time. A long wick causes a larger flame, which causes an excess amount of soot to form. While the recommendation for cotton wicks is 1/4” in length, we recommend trimming our wooden wicks to be around 3/16” in length for a more effective burn. All of our candles come with their wick pre-trimmed, and it is important to maintain proper candle maintenance for every burn thereafter for the continuous success of your candle(s).


How long shoud i burn my ivory glow candle?

We recommend that each burn lasts until the melt pool reaches the edge of the container… this can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours. Allowing a full melt pool with each burn prevents tunneling as well as allows an optimum hot throw of the scent, ensuring you get the most out of your candle!

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-4 business days for all orders placed Tuesday-Sunday to ship. All orders placed on Monday before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day (with the exception of holidays). Currently, all orders are shipped using USPS ground shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. We want your complete satisfaction with all of our Ivory Glow products, however, if a return is necessary, please email us here: Ivoryglowinfo@gmail.com for specific return instructions. Once you receive our return instructions, please ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive damaged.

Refunds are applied to successfully returned products only and do not cover any original shipping fees. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
